How many pieces per style?

Each style is produced in strictly limited quantities. Once sold out, it may never be restocked.

How do I choose my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with flat measurements. If in doubt, write to us at contact@katasistudio.com.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are dispatched from Italy within 2–3 business days, via DHL Express. Free delivery across Europe.

What about Switzerland?

Switzerland is outside the European Union, so customs fees may apply upon receipt. These are at the customer's expense.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days from receipt. Return shipping is at your cost, with the carrier of your choice.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Size exchanges are complimentary — we cover the shipping of the new size. Write to us at contact@katasistudio.com.
