1. Seller

2. Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales concluded between KATASI and its customers via katasistudio.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products
KATASI pieces are designed in Milan and made in Italy in strictly limited quantities. Photographs and descriptions are provided for guidance, with the greatest possible care for accuracy.

4. Pricing
Prices are stated in euros (€), excluding delivery costs. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed. KATASI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

5. Orders
An order is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. A confirmation email is sent automatically. KATASI reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, a pricing error, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments. KATASI does not store any banking data.

7. Delivery
Dispatched from Italy within 2–3 business days via DHL Express with tracking. Free delivery to Europe, Switzerland, and the United States. For other destinations, a delivery fee of €19.99 applies, and customs fees and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

8. Withdrawal and returns
Customers residing in the European Union have a 14-day period from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (Directive 2011/83/EU). For Swiss customers, this period is also 14 days. The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with tags attached. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Refund within 14 days after receipt and inspection. Size exchange is complimentary.

9. Warranties
KATASI guarantees that its products conform to their description and are free from manufacturing defects. In the event of a confirmed defect, KATASI covers replacement or full refund.

10. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law (Code of Obligations). For customers residing in the EU, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence nonetheless apply.
